Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonica

Fans of Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonica (Say that really fast after having first read it… I DARE you! xD) rejoice, as it was announced on both the official site and a Poster in a bookstore (uhh… wtf? XD) that a new Adaption of the Visual Novel is scheduled for Spring 2009.

The new series will be called Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonica crimson S, and will once again focus on Corticarte, but it will tie into Ichiro Sakaki and Noboru Kannatsuki’s Shinkyoku Sōkai Polyphonica crimson S light novel adaptation, which are set during the Academy years of the storyline.

I confess, I haven’t seen the original 12 episode series that aired from April to June 2007, but I have been meaning to. It’s on my list of anime that I need to watch, but since I didn’t hear a lot of commotion on this title, I haven’t exactly put it on my priority list. Well, with the second season Coming, I’m quite interested to see what this is about…
