Lupin III New Series Coming this Fall

Originally thought by many to be premiering in Spring, The 2015 Lupin III series will be premiering in Japan in the Fall of this year. This series is a sequel to the 1984 Lupin III TV series and marks the first time in 30 years for new Lupin III animated series!

Veteran composer Yuji Ohno will make a return to the franchise with the new TV series. Interesting to note, since the series story will take place in Italy and San Marino, the TV series will premiere first in Italy in May of this year.

I myself am a huge fan of Lupin III, having seen the original three TV series, all the Movies and recent OVA releases and even that errr… Thing of a Fujiko series. You can count on Anime Evo covering and blogging Lupin III when it comes out this fall!
