So as the title suggests, the episode is focused on Blackbeard (Kurohige) making his move and that it will spell chaos. The episode starts off with all the wardens and Blugoris descending from Level 2 to Level 4 to stop the team of Luffy, Crocodile and Jinbei along with the riot of the Newkama. Luckily, this gives Buggy and Mr. 3 the chance to proceed higher, ever close to the exit, and release the prisoners on Level 2 to facilitate their plan.

Meanwhile, back on Level 4, the collective efforts of Luffy, Crocodile, Jinbei, Bon Clay, Ivankov, Inazuma, Mr.1 Das Bones and the Newkama manage to flatten the jailers with a stupendous force. The Assistant Warden Hannyabal, who is en route to Level 4, is now confused about the situation, since riots seem to be breaking out all over Impel Down. On the other hand, Ace gets shackled on a Marine ship and is being transported to Marineford for his execution. He is advised to look at the sky for the last time, and begins reminiscing about the different colors he’s seen above. It is then learned that Blackbeard has gone missing from the Marine HQ, and that an unauthorized Marine ship was closing in on Impel Down which was suspected to be harboring Blackbeard and his crew. Blackbeard does indeed show up at the gates of Impel Down, claiming to be on the World Government’s side. However, the crew of the ship he had boarded had all been wiped out, which led the Marines to believe he had ulterior motives.

While Hannyabal gloomily analyzes the situation, the Chief Warden Magellan contacts him and tells him he is at Level 2 and has taken care of most of the rioters with his poison powers along with blocking all the exits. He also informs Hannyabal that the notorious Chief Jailer Shiryuu of The Rain has also been set free by him to counter Blackbeard’s move. Shiryuu immediately shows how dangerous he really is by cutting down the jailers that had come to release him. The episode ends with Luffy and gang making a break from Level 4, and with Hannyabal and Magellan both proceeding to intercept them.
